This item will approve the minutes of the Business meeting on May 6, 2025. City Recorder's Office is the lead department. 

 

2.

Award to Private Business: Gresham City Hall Roof Repair Project

This item will award a contract to Griffith Roofing Company in an amount not to exceed $1,179,680 to repair the roof of Gresham City Hall, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract. Facilities is the lead department. 

 

3.

Resolution Nos. 3650 & 3651: Parks & Transportation System Development Charges Updates

This item will approve Resolution Nos. 3650 and 3651 to adopt minor methodology updates and revised capital improvement project lists for Parks and Transportation System Development Charges, and repeal Resolution Nos. 3644 and 3645. Development Engineering is the lead department.

Type IV Legislative Hearing: 2025/26 – 2029/30 Capital Improvement Program

This item will approve City Application No. CWP-25-00068 based on the findings, conclusions, and recommendations stated in the April 14, 2025 Planning Commission Recommendation Order and April 2, 2025 Staff Report, modified to amend Project CIPUR00006, Property Acquisition Fund and approve the first reading of Council Bill No. 03-25, adopting the 2025/26 – 2029/30 Capital Improvement Program. Environmental Services and Budget and Finance are the lead departments.
